You keep your saved filters in Tenderplan. The agent goes through them and picks up new procurements that match.

It reads the first documents

For each procurement it opens the first documents and sees what it is about.

A short card arrives in your chat: what the procurement is and whether it is worth opening.

If it looks interesting, press the button. The agent reads the full package of documents and sends a detailed analysis.

Limits

What to know before you order

We do not claim coverage of all procurements. The agent takes the procurements that match your Tenderplan filters: a narrow filter gives few cards, a wide one gives many.

Sweeps run on weekdays on a schedule, so the agent has to be on all the time: on your server or in the cloud. The module is paid and installed by integrators; the price is on request. The app itself is free to download, all prices are in one table.

Common questions

Which procurement sites does it watch?

The agent works through your saved filters in Tenderplan and takes the procurements that match them. What shows up depends on your filters. The agent has no list of sites of its own.

Do I need a Tenderplan account?

Yes. The agent reads your saved filters, so they have to be set up in Tenderplan first.

What does it read for each procurement?

The first documents of the notice. From them it builds a short card and sends it to Telegram. The full package is read only when you press the button for a deep analysis.

How often does it search?

On a schedule on weekdays. The schedule runs while the agent is on: on your server or in our cloud. On a laptop it runs only while the laptop is on.

How much does the module cost?

Price on request. It is a paid business module installed by integrators. The agent itself is free for yourself and your own company; a cloud server is 1,590 RUB a month, and the model is paid separately to its provider, about 2,000 RUB a month.

Does it decide whether we bid?

No. It sends the card and the analysis. The decision stays with you.
